Program Schedule

Program Dates – Once a Week (830am-530pm) at our Main and 14th Studio

Sundays: October – March (first Sunday to last Sunday w/ 2 week Holiday break)

Saturdays: January – June (fourth Sat of Jan till last Sat in June)

Typical Day:
8:30 am – Morning Hatha yoga practice
9:00 am – 10:15 am – homework & review of asana
10:15 am – break # 1
10:30 am – 12:30 pm – Learning to teach Asana
12:30 pm – 1:30 pm – Lunch
1:30 pm – 3:15 pm Anatomy/ Philosphy / Balanced Lifestyle/ Asana/ Pranayama (the day will vary)
3:15 pm – 3:30 pm – break # 2
3:30 pm – 5:00 pm same as above
5:00 pm – 5:30 pm – Afternoon Hatha Yoga practice
